Remodel & Restoration of the oldest building in Ketchum, Idaho
The
project required extensive structural and mechanical work while
maintaining the character of the original design. The design concept was
based on “New meets Old” and required bringing in new and current
materials and design details together with the old style of the existing
building.

stories of construction to provide retail eye wear, exam rooms,
optician offices, reception area, and storage space. Approximately 6,000
SF space. Completed in May 2008, on schedule and within budget.

Required
working within many operating businesses and residential condos needing
repairs in every area of the building, very tight scheduling to reduce
impact to operating businesses, and required creative techniques to
access repairs behind finished spaces.

storage. Includes 6,000 sf of storage space protected by clean-agent
fire suppression system.
